Mike Monteiro, a co-founder of Mule Design, and his lawyer gave an interesting address to a group of designers about getting comfortable with contracts. It is great advice for people working in client services. Here is the link. It contains a further link to a video of the presentation. It has some profanity, but it is worth the view.
